Henrikh Mkhitaryan named Armenia's best footballer for seventh time

PanARMENIAN.Net - Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who plays as a midfielder for Manchester United and captains the national team, was named Armenia's best football player of 2016.

This is Mkhitaryan's seventh such title.

Gevorg Ghazaryan (C.S. Marítimo) comes in the second, while Marcos Pizzelli (Al-Fujairah) has the third spot.

Earlier, wrestler Artur Aleksanyan was named the best athlete of Armenia in 2016.
