First look at Amanda Schull in “Suits” midseason premiereDecember 28, 2016 - 11:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Amanda Schull is reprising her role as Katrina Bennett in the second half of "Suits" season 6. Katrina meets her former mentor Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) and the two share a tense moment as seen in a first look obtained by TVLine, AceShowbiz said. Katrina is a former employee at Pearson Specter and she now works for Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce). There's a speculation that Katrina's meeting with Louis could have something to do with Robert's offer to Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) about merging their two firms before her departure. Meanwhile, executive producer Aaron Korsh teases that Katrina's appearance in the midseason premiere is "pretty directly connected to the loss of Jessica." He also says that the first two episodes of the season are "a little bit more personal in nature and they're a little outlier-ish episodes." "We had a major event happen with Jessica leaving, [which was] a big shock to the firm and also Mike (Patrick J. Adams) getting out of prison," Korsh explains. "We sort of didn't get a chance to deal with what's he going to do after getting out of prison in [the fall finale] because we were so focused on the Leonard Bailey (Glenn Plummer) case," he says. "So the first couple of episodes are different," he adds. "Suits" will return on January 25, 2017 at 10 P.M. ET on USA Network.
