RA PM: Armenia shouldn't recognize NKR independence now

PanARMENIAN.Net - It's not time for Armenia's recognition of independence of Nagorno Karabakh, the RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan said. "The leadership of our republic says recognition of Karabakh's independence would be inappropriate at present. I fully agree with the opinion. The move can be expected at any moment, let it be in a day or 10 days or maybe we won't have to take it at all," PM Sargsyan told a news conference in Moscow.

"I think the talks on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution have not been exhausted yet. Recognition of NKR independence will be a drastic step with unpredictable consequences. I find it hard to say what could force us to resort to the measure," he added, RIA Novosti reports.
