Armenia pledges to use all its arsenal if Azerbaijan incites war

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan and Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) seek no war, but should Azerbaijan incite one, Armenia will use all its arsenal, president Serzh Sargsyan has said.

“Baku has been talking about war for quite some time, escalating the situation on the contact line and glorifying soldiers whose so-called “heroics” are considered war crimes,” Sargsyan said Thursday, March 2 on the Diplomat’s Day.

“Should Azerbaijan continue along those lines and turn the situation into war, we'll use all our arsenal to ensure the security of Artsakh people.”

The tense situation along the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) and Azerbaijan continued on March 2 and the night through March 3. More than 145 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered in the reporting period.
