Babacan: Turkish diplomacy seeks for ways of dialogue with Armenia
"Obstacles to the development of the Turkish-Armenian relations are posed by problems in the history of our peoples on one hand, and by the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia and territorial claims on the other hand," Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said.

"In this situation, Turkish diplomacy seeks to find ways of dialogue with Armenia," he said.

"Recently participating at the General Assembly in New York, I met with the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian and I told him that we are neighbors and we need to exist in the way of dialogue and cooperation. We have historical problems, but we should try to regulate our problems in a peaceful and civilized manner and should face the future," he said, Trend news agency reports.
