Oskanian, OSCE MG to meet in Paris November 17
Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to meet with Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution, Vladimir Karapetian, Spokesman for the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
These talks will show whether the mediators will meet with the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Madrid November 29-30, he said.
Meanwhile, the Russian MFA group on Nagorno Karabakh informed that the mediators and Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Amb. Andrzej Kasprzyk will meet with Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov in Madrid November 29-30 in the framework of the 15th annual conference of the OSCE Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs.
