Some 50 foreign specialists were decorated with "Order of friendship - 2002" for exceptional contribution to the cause of economic development and social progress in China on the country government's decision. As reported by "Xin Hua" agency, the list involves specialists from 19 countries including Armenia, Austria, Belarus and Brazil. Expressing gratitude to all the foreign specialists, who had contributed to the country development, Chinese Vice-Premier Qian Qichen stated at the decorating ceremony, that the corresponding provisions of law would be perfected to further improve the working and life conditions of foreign specialists in China.
