Istanbul court initiated criminal proceedings against Agos editorial staff

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Sisli public prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case against Agos editorial staff over a publication criticizing the court verdict. It demands to sentence Sargis Serobian and Aris Naldrci to 4.5 years in prison for publishing an article condemning Arat Dink and Sargis Serobian's conviction under article 301, Milliyet reports.



In October 2007, the Sisli court gave Arat Dink and Sargis Serobian a year of suspended sentence.
