In a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net Armenian Paragliding Sport Federation president Armen Sargsyan said several clubs also provide such services. The school has been operating as part of the federation for 20 years now and hosts a number of students. Persons aged 16 or older can attend classes whose cost varies anywhere between $500 and $1,000, depending on whether lessons are sold as group or private courses. Besides, Sargsyan said, skilled instructors of the Armenian federation are always there to provide tandem flights at a cost of around AMD 43,000 (apx. $95).
