Karen Baburyan: Kosovo is a precedent
Kosovo's independence has established a precedent, secretary of the NKR national security council Karen Baburyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
"The Kosovo phenomenon has set an international precedent. As a lawyer, I state that proclamation of Kosovo's independence has created a legal mechanism for unilateral secession," he said.
Kosovo proclaimed independence on February17. Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said that Kosovo power institutions are ready to implement Martti Ahtisaari's plan and welcome the EU mission.
