EU Envoy for South Caucasus has no information about vote for RA President in NKR
I do not know whether European observers attended polling stations in Karabakh during the presidential election in Armenia. I can't comment on it, since I am not informed, said Peter Semneby EU Envoy for South Caucasus. The observation mission agenda did not include visit to Nagorno Karabakh, according to him.

As to possible destabilization in Armenia, Mr Semneby said all complaints should be considered in the framework of the law.
Asked whether the Kosovo precedent may become a priority line for the newly elected President, Mr Semneby said, "I can't speculate much. The election is just over and there came no statements on the new President's policy.

Earlier, the Azeri MFA sent a note of protest to the OSCE, PACE and European Parliament, saying that polling stations opened in Karabakh on the Armenian election day. NKR CEC head Sergei Nasibyan refuted the statement and called it false and provocative.
