Nicholas Burns: Kosovo is unique
Kosovo is a unique case and can't set a precedent for other conflicts, including in Nagorno Karabakh, said Nicholas Burns, U.S. Under Secretary for Political Affairs

"The UN took control over Kosovo after war with Serbia in 1999. The UN Envoy recommended independence under supervision. Most of European states and the U.S. recognize Kosovo's independence. This is the evidence of specific nature of the Kosovo issue, which has no analogues in the world," he said, APA reports.
