OSCE's next monitoring of Artsakh contact line slated for Dec 6

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will on Wednesday, December 6 conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between the armed forces of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) and Azerbaijan, to the north from Kuropatkino settlement of the Martuni region.

From the Artsakh Defense Army positions, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Mihail Olaru (Moldova) and Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova).

The Karabakh authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.

The relatively calm situation on the Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact line remained virtually unchanged on the week of November 26 - December 2.
