India to deliver radars, artillery ammunition to Armenia: media

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is interested in purchasing India-manufactured radars for battlefield theatre and long-distance artillery ammunition from India, according to Hindustan Times.

India is reportedly all set to take a big stride in exports of arms and equipment.

The defence ministry is in the process of tying up with Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Myanmar and Armenia for supply of radars, helicopters and missiles, and tank upgradation by 2018.

The Armenian defense ministry was not immediately available for comment.
