ARMENIAN AND TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTERS HAVE TOPICS TO DISCUSS, ARMENIAN COMMISSION FOR RECONCILIATION MEMBER THINKS
Member of the Armenian-Turkish commission for reconciliation, Yerevan State University senior lecturer David Hovannisian positively evaluated the meetings of the Armenian and Turkish foreign ministers. Commenting on the recent meeting of Vardan Oskanian and Sukru Sina Gurel taking place within the framework of the recent 57 UN General Assembly, Hovannisian stated in his interview with "Arminfo' agency that "such meetings are always very important". According to him, this meeting, the fourth this year, is an evidence of that the Armenian and Turkish foreign ministers have topics to discuss. Besides, there are a number of issues the consideration of which has not been finished yet and this means that new meetings are necessary, Hovannisian concluded.
