  YEREVAN INTERESTED IN CREATION OF BELARUS-RUSSIA UNION STATESeptember 18, 2002 - 20:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is interested in creation of Belarus-Russia union state. Republic of Armenia ambassador in Minsk Suren Harutyunian stated it. He expressed confidence that any differences on the way of the Union creation would be eliminated soon or later, as "it fits the interests of both states." Speaking of the possible joining of Armenia to the Union, Suren Harutyunian said, "We will discuss the question after the Union if formed and consolidated. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
