U.S: it's time for Yerevan and Baku to coordinate Karabakh principles
Washington believes that Azerbaijan and Armenia should arrive at an agreement on the Basic Principles for a peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair, Ambassador Matthew Bryza said.

The Basic Principles for the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh settlement were handed to the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Madrid in 2007.
