UAE appoints new ambassador to Armenia January 7, 2019 - 11:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a federal decree to appoint Mohammed Issa Al Qattam Al Zaabi as the country's new ambassador to Armenia.
