Armenian, Azerbaijani foreign policy chiefs will meet on Jan. 16

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign policy chiefs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov will meet in Paris on January 16, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan said in a Facebook post.

The meeting will be mediated by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.

Mnatsakanyan and Mammadyarov last met on December 5, 2018 and had a “had a useful exchange of views.”

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister said after the meeting the he reached a mutual understanding with his Armenian counterpart during negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in Milan.
