Seyran Ohanyan troubled by frustration of OSCE Monitoring

Briefing on the agreements between the sides to decrease the number of border incidents and return captives, the Minister Ohanyan said he is troubled by frustration of OSCE Monitoring by the Azeri side.



The monitoring was planned within the mandate of OSCE CiO's special representative in the environs of Chinari village. Azeris did not appear alleging absence of guarantees from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.



The officials also exchanged views on regional security and the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
