Turkey's joining Caucasus talks advisable, Lennmarker says
Goran Lennmarker, OSCE PA special representative for Georgia, called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to join Georgia in talks for peaceful resolution of conflicts in the Caucasus.

"As interested parties, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia should negotiate to settle the conflicts tearing the region," he said during an OSCE hearing in Toronto.

It would be advisable if Turkey joined the process, including the talks on Nagorno Karabakh, according to him.

"Furthermore, neutral observers should be sent to the Caucasus to promote a peaceful resolution of conflicts in the region. Their main task will be to find out whether the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict was an ethnic cleansing," Lennmarker said, Interfax reports.
