Barroso hopes Aliyev reelection to facilitate Karabakh resolution
In a congratulatory message to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Mr. Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission expressed hope that reelection of Aliyev will facilitate resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
