Iran wants to join discussion on Caucasus security zone creation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran has showed interest in the discussion on creation of a Caucasus security zone but Russia has not received any proposal on the issue from Iran yet, Russian Foreign Minister said.



"Iran is interested in joining the discussion," Sergei Lavrov said adding that he referred to the subject during talks with his Iranian counterpart.



The Russian Minister also reminded about Turkey's Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Pact.
