There are no other sides in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict besides Azerbaijan and Armenia, the Azeri President said.

"This fact is fixed in the Moscow declaration which determines the basic mechanisms of the conflict resolution in the framework of the international law," Ilham Aliyev said during "Azerbaijan in the 21st century: the strategy of development" round table discussion, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
