SECOND STAGE OF NEGOTIATIONS ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT ON LEVEL OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF ARMENIAN AND AZERI PRESIDENTS STARTED IN PRAGUE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the second meeting of the Personal representatives of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement has started in Prague. The meeting will be private with participation of deputy ministers of Armenia Tatul Margarian and Azerbaijan Araz Azimov. It should be noted, the meetings on level of the Personal representatives of the presidents of the two states take place on the initiative of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs on Nagorno-Karabakh, who conducted the first stage of the negotiations.
