EXCHANGE OF MORTAL REMAINS OF TWO PEOPLE TOOK PLACE AT NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONTIGUITY LINE

PanARMENIAN.Net - At the Aghdam part of the contiguity line of the Azeri and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces, exchange of mortal remains of two people took place July 26. As representative of the International working group for the issues on war prisoners and hostages Albert Voskanian has stated in his interview with the «De-Facto» agency, the Karabakh party passed the mortal remains of Azeri citizen Mahman Mamedov born in 1944 died in 1995 in Stepanakert because of the infarct. In its turn, the Azeri party returned the mortal remains of the soldier of the NKR Army Armen Ghukasian born in 1980 died at the contiguity line November 2001. The exchange of the mortal remains took place with the participation of representatives of the International Committee of the Read Cross.
