Minister counselor of Azerbaijani Embassy in Moscow was Wednesday handed a note of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which says that Russia did not deliver military hardware to Armenia.

"The information disseminated by the Azeri media is untrue and damaged the Russian-Azerbaijani relations. The Russian Defense Ministry didn't gift or sell military hardware to Armenia. The issue is settled," the note says.
