  Baku to blame for Karabakh process protractionFebruary 4, 2009 - 15:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nationwide stance on resolution of the Karabakh conflict has been already developed, the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic said. We are grateful to Armenia for advocating our interests in the process, which is presently dragged out due to defective format of talks. Baku's non-constructive position prevents resolution of the lingering conflict, Mr. Bako Sahakyan said in an interview with PanARMENIAN.Net He emphasized that NKR possesses human potential and natural resources essential for sustainable development. "We will strengthen our statehood and develop economy. We will work for the glorious future of our people," President Sahakyan said.
