Fivefold winner of the Armenian Cup, Mika Ashtarak team signed contracts with Ara Hakobyan, Armenian team forward who played in Armenian Banants, Belarussian Gomel, Moldovian Zimbru and Ukraine's Metallurg and Stalya and Brazilian halfback Edney Ferreira de Oliveira.

Before joining Mika, the 24-year-old Brazilian played for America team from 2001-2008. Brazilian forward already joined the team in the trainings held in Antalya, Mika website reports.

Upon Fereirra's joining the Ashtarak team, the number of legionnaires increased to 9, including 3 Brazilian and 3 Georgian players, 1 player from Cote d'Ivoire and 2 Spanish legionnaires.

Recently, Mika Club signed in 2 more players from the Armenian national team: Alexander Tadevosyan and Aghvan Mkrtchyan.
