Armenians rally to denounce Czech sale of artillery to Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Youth Union of the Czech Republic has staged the third rally in front of Czechoslovak Group, the company behind DANA artillery systems used by Azerbaijan against the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artakh), reports.

The participants of the campaign scattered blood-stained clothes and posters in the streets of Prague.

"We are united in this fight and are not going to step back," said a rally-goer on Wednesday, October 28.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.

Donations can be made to Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, which has launched a fundraising campaign to support humanitarian efforts in Karabakh.
