In a now deleted Facebook post, Ibrahimov called for creating "a gang of killers", also referencing Turkey's Genocide of 1.5 million innocent Armenians who he said were treated "in a language they understood." Hate speech and calls for violence against Armenians have surged to an unprecedented level in Azerbaijan, especially amid Baku's aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh.
