Karabakh captures two Azeri soldiers amid fierce fighting in Shushi

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army has captured two Azerbaijani soldiers as the Armenian troops are fighting for the key city of Shushi.

"Defense Army units continue fierce battles for Shushi. Enemy groups are being fired at. Two enemy soldiers have been captured," Armenian Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan said.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and terrorist mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
