Top Armenian, Russian diplomats discuss Karabakh deal realization

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Russian Foreign Ministers Ara Aivazian and Sergei Lavrov discussed the process of the implementation of agreements reached by the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan over the phone on Wednesday, January 27.

According to a press release from the Russian Foreign Minister, the two also discussed security and humanitarian issues, the unblocking of economic and transport communications.

In this context, the Foreign Ministers prioritized the interests of all the countries of the region and joint constructive work.

Also Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the trilateral statement of the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh, signed in November 2020, is being consistently implemented. According to him, Moscow has made active mediation efforts to stop the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh
