"On February 1 and 2, the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross have visited four Armenian captives, both civilians and servicemen, who are being kept in Azerbaijan after the recent escalation," Amatuni said Thursday, February 4. "During the visits, we gave those people the opportunity to talk to their relatives."
