Onik Gasparyan to stay chief of Army Staff before top court clarificationMarch 3, 2021 - 12:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Colonel-General Onik Gasparyan will hold his post as the chief of Army General Staff until an application filed by the President of Armenia is being processed by the Constitutional Court within eight days, the General Staff said in a statement on Wednesday, March 3. The PM, claimed, however, that he had already dismissed the chief of the Army General Staff.
