Bel El Trans specializes in ferroconcrete ties production, with Russian Railways as is its main consumer. AT the meeting the parties focused on collaboration directions, including delivery of concrete goods (ties, skids etc) to SCRW from Russia. According to Anatoli Popov, Armenia doesn't have enough resources to produce ferroconcrete ties: there are many gaps that need to be bridged.
