Karabakh rescue teams continue search for the missing

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno-Karabakh rescue teams have been deployed in Jrakan (Jabrayil) to continue looking for the remains of the victims of the 44-day war, Karabakh authorities report.

The search mission has been suspended for several times over the past few months for various reasons.

Since November 13, the rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1557 people, including dozens of civilians, who had failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.
