EU Foreign Ministers to arrive in Armenia on June 25

PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Foreign Ministers and top foreign policy officials will arrive in Yerevan on June 25, as part of a larger trip to the region, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.

In particular, Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu, Lithuaniaն Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Alexander Schallenberg, Michael Siebert, Managing Director for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE at the EEAS, as well as Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia are expected in Yerevan.

The visit is mandated by Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and aims to reaffirm EU’s readiness to foster the establishment of stability in the region.
