Arkady Ghukasian appointed Armenia's ambassador at large

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed an edict on appointment of Arkady Ghukasian as Armenia's ambassador at large and conferred a diplomatic rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary on him.

Arkady Ghukasian was the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic from 1997 to 2007.
