Armenia appoints new Deputy PM, Defense MinisterAugust 2, 2021 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on Monday, August 2 to appoint Suren Papikyan and Arshak Karapetyan as Armenia's new Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, respectively. Papikyan had been serving as the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure since 2019.
