"We have formed certain ideas about the railway, the unblocking will be implemented within the regulations of the legal base of the CIS countries. We have yet to discuss issues related to automobile communication," Grigoryan said. Grigoryan added that unblocking all communication channels in the region is a priority for Armenia, Pastinfo reports.
