Due to the "criminal actions and presence" of the Azeri forces, Tatoyan said, an Armenian business is not able to use the 200 hectares of land it has legally obtained, and where two windmills have been built. The damage is estimated at $5 million, he added. "Moreover, due to the unlawful deployment of Azerbaijan, the civilian population has become a target for the Azeri armed forces.
