Karabakh will never be part of Azerbaijan – Armenia Security Council chief

PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will never be part of Azerbaijan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan told reporters on Thursday, October 28, Sputnik Armenia.

"We have spoken about that many times. Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan," Grigoryan said.

When asked about the failure of top Armenian officials to visit Artsakh after the end of hostilities in fall 2020, Grigoryan dodged the question, referring the reporters to a question and answer session between the government and lawmakers the previous day.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Wednesday that a number of Armenian officials have been visiting Artsakh, and that more trips will be arranged "as appropriate".
