French Institute established in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The French Institute of Armenia has been established in downtown Yerevan, former ambassador of France to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte has revealed.

"During the four years of my mandate in Armenia, I am very happy to have designed, developed and supported this project with the Aznavour Foundation. The Institute will be located in the Azanvour Center in Yerevan, at the top of the Cascade," Lacôte wrote on Facebook Monday, January 17.

"This Institute will make it possible to federate the projects of all those who contribute to cultural relations between the two countries and will offer a prestigious platform for French culture and language in Armenia."
