HRD, French ambassador talk human rights issues in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and French ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot met in Yerevan on Tuesday, January 24 to discuss a number of human rights issues (professional work of journalists, rights of women and children, etc.)

The two discussed Tatoyan's recent trip to France, during which he met with French officials and lawmakers to discuss in detail issues related to the human rights situation in the post-war period, as well as the need to establish a security zone to guarantee the rights of the people of Armenia

The Armenian Human Rights Defender also thanked the Ambassador for the attention that the French authorities are paying to the rights of the Armenian community in France.
