  Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Karabakh border village January 27, 2022 - 15:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military on Thursday, January 27 violated the ceasefire and opened fire on the village of Karmir Shuka and the positions of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Defense Army. A spokesperson for the Army, Suren Sarumyan, has confirmed the violations, according to Pastinfo, and revealed that the Russian peacekeepers deployed in the region have notified about the initident. Measures were reportedly immediately taken to calm the situation. "Currently the situation is stable, no casualties were reported in the incident," Sarumyan added.
