Opening of border with Armenia to reduce its dependence on Russia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Dennis Sammut, Executive Director of LINKS, thinks that opening of the border and establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Turkey will facilitate resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.



"Armenia and Turkey experience a number of problems, settlement of which will improve situation in the South Caucasus," Mr. Sammut said.



"Besides, opening of the border will make Armenia less dependent on Russia," he added, TrendNews reports.
