However, because the member states may have more strict norms, the national legislation of countries shall apply, which means in the event of Armenia, the duty-free trade threshold will be 400 euros instead. According to the national legislation of Armenia, the value and weight threshold without paying customs duties is set at 200,000 drams and (or) 30 kg.
