Armenian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers talk on the phone

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 11, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with his Azerbaijan counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.

The Ministers exchanged views on the creation of the commission on delimitation and border security, preparation of peace negotiations and humanitarian issues.

The phone call comes on the heels of a meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leader in Brussels, during which the two agreed to convene a joint border commission by the end of April, whose mandate will be to delimit the bilateral border between the two countries and ensure a stable security situation along, and in the vicinity of, the borderline.
