PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia lifted the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) European Championship for Small Countries trophy for a second time on Sunday, July 3 in Ta' Qali, defeating the hosts Malta in the final 84-68.
Despite going behind in the first quarter, the Armenians hauled in the points in the second to take the lead into half-time at the Ta' Qali Sports Pavilion, Inside the Games says.
They outscored their opponents by seven in the second-half, with Chris Jones scoring nearly half of the team's points with 41.
